As a part of our expansion plan in the fertilizers production we have recently commissioned a new NPK steam granulated in Bani sueif ,Egypt with production capacity of 150 000 Mt per year.
Our production facilities is capable of producing any requested special formula of NPK with up to 3 trace elements in the formula in addition product can be SOP or MOP base as per customers requirement .

Direct application of phosphate rock (DAPR) is an alternative fertilization option as the major source of phosphorus is phosphate rock (PR) that can contribute to sustainable intensification of agriculture, particularly in developing countries with suitable PR resource.
DAPR should be finely ground and should be incorporated in the soil to promote dissolution. Fine grinding leads to coverage of more surface area and higher solubility. Potential users should be aware that DAPR must be applied way in advance before planting since it is slowly soluble.
Based on the above facts and as the Egyptian rock phosphate is classified as a high soluble phosphate rock (PR ) in aqueous media (extracting solutions) , our company is producing two major products EG-FINEPHOS and EG-GRANUPHOS for the ( DARP )

EG-FINEPHOS
As mentioned above the (DARP ) must be in a fine powder form to increase the solubility in the 2% citric acid available in the soil , we are producing EG-FINEPHOS with different P2O5 grades range from 20% up to 32% P2O5 and particle size from 100 mesh to 300 mesh according to customer request .

EG-GRANUPHOS
Another bench mark product in our production portfolio is the EG-GRANUPHOS a superior fertilizers granular Soft-Rock Phosphate with main features including long lasting controlled release and easier in application .
EG-GRANUPHOS with different P2O5 grades range from 20% up to 32% P2O5 according to customer and market request .
